There were carts in the building today. Rare occurrence. Bathroom was clean. Good visit today

They need to tear this Kroger down and build a new one, or get rid of it completely. It is so outdated and not well maintained. It’s clear that they have an issue of theft. It’s very difficult to take a left out of, as well. I would drive the extra few minutes to avoid this one completely.
