Alicia the security officer followed me and accused me of stealing. It is so strange I’ve never dealt with this before. As an adult I don’t appreciate being talked down to in a condescending voice like I’m a teenager. After I stood up for myself she went to gossip to another employee about me when I walked off which was very unprofessional. Honestly this Kroger always has unprofessional security officers (mostly creepy men)so I’m not surprised. Fairfield Kroger is much better because it smells cleaner and the vibe is more friendlier so I’ll spend my time there instead.

Almost all the snacks out in the fuel center are expired. The parking lot is always dirty. They are rude and they talk crap about customers behind their back when they I leave ik because I used to work there.

The lady in the Bakery was so accommodating today! She made up a dozen chocolate cupcakes for our granddaughter’s birthday with birthday decor and sprinkles! She was so nice! Thank you!

Ok place to shop, workers are very nice. Need enough lanes open around 7pm and need to keep up with the Vegan items which aren't in stock or don't have a large selection. But overall I shop here for the peace and good produce dept

2 security guards but no shopping carts at doors you have to bring one from parking lot also the groceries are bad they need to look at the shelves before stocking

If I could give less I would. Good service in seafood department and bakery but went to get in line at 6:35pm and one check out lane and one self serve open. I see workers all over but not running the cash registers. Management you have to do wayyyyy better than this for me to shop here again!!

The gas station is never open, and when somebody is out there she says system is down, I shop here alot, I spend a good 700.00 a month bc I'm a Mother of 5, I will never be back, I'll head to the Colerain store where it's more professional!!!

I went to the store kinda late but my day was busy I get there at exactly 9:50pm and the office at the door tells me I can't come in that they're closed. My baby needed milk! I say it's only 9:50 he then responds I was told not to let no one else in. I wasn't happy then an employee yells out to me Kroger on Colerain closes at 11pm. How rude! I caught a Uber to get to Forest Park Kroger to get my baby some milk cause my car is in the shop so I had to deal with a crying baby till someone brought me milk. I'm very ashamed of my neighborhood Kroger and will not be shopping ther anymore. I'm calling cooperate!

Beware this store is selling fraudulent gift cards specifically $100 Lowe's gift cards. Upon purchase you may encounter that the pin number has been scratched off when you go to scratch it off it's already been scratched off you'll see then the next day all the funds will be drained if not that night. I purchased a $100 Lowe's gift card on May 20th and on May 21st it was used in New York this is the second time this has happened to me this year beware everyone Kroger has been negligent about this occurring there's no one to blame but the Kroger Corporation for not being proactive about locking the gift cards up and I've been telling them since January they need to do something now it's happened to mw twice in less than a year. Kroger lock your gift cards up or face a lawsuit

Kroger soak their rotisserie chickens in salt water making them very dangerous to eat.
