LabCorp is located in an older building but is clean. The people are nice and friendly. Visits are very fast, with one customer reporting being in and out in just four minutes. The parking is readily available. Staff go out of their way to assist, including helping to obtain necessary orders from physicians. Phlebotomists are skilled at drawing blood, even for those who are a hard stick. The facility is highly recommended, with customers stating they would come to this one on purpose.
Q at the Montgomery location went out of her way to figure out a complicated situation for me right before closing, and then proceeded to do the easiest most painless blood draw of my life! She was so patient with my situation even while juggling labs for other patients and her admin role. I am so grateful for her help!

This was my first LabCorp blood test experience in Cincinnati, and I must say I was impressed with their service. It was very quick and painless. Since I have thin veins, it took only a few seconds to draw my blood without feeling the needle at all. I would definitely recommend this place.

The staff members at the Montgomery location are very kind and knowledgeable. Brenda made the blood draw completely painless and I have a history of hard to find veins. I do hope LabCorp updates/remodels their facility. It really needs some attention and the staff deserve a pleasant place to work.
