“One of 3 P&G/ICF locations where registered & qualifying participants visit to participate in on site studies or collect products for at-home testing. I've been doing this for 7 years now & this location in St. Bernard is closer to me than their larger headquarters & testing center in Mason. Plenty of parking, though participants are generally directed to park in dedicated spaces & they're currently observing Covid-19 protocols, where you're asked to call & verify your arrival & they'll drop off your test items in your trunk. Every interaction with staff I've had here has been a rewarding one & I'm glad to have the chance to participate in their product testing, both for the chance to learn about their evaluation process & for the financial incentive it offers.”

“Was a little leary having read some other varying reviews; my personal experience was painless. I scheduled ahead of time online (recommend), and when I arrived, checked in on the kiosk. I waited maybe five minutes before being called back, and was given clear/understandable instruction on the process. The staff I encountered was polite, friendly, and made the visit smooth and easy. It was my first visit here so I am basing this off one visit, but so far I would be happy to come back if/when I needed to.”

“This lab is conveniently next door to the family medicine practice that I go to. I went about 11ish on a weekday, and there was no wait. The ladies there were friendly and efficient. Must have been in and out of there in five minutes! I really hate blood tests and can't believe I'm giving 5 stars for it, but the experience couldn't have been better - for blood work!”

“I had a great experience getting my blood drawn this morning! I had an appointment, got right in, and the phlebotomist did a great job. Very friendly and efficient, even though I normally have a hard time because of my “difficult” veins lol. But she had no problem finding a vein, what a relief!”

“I spoke with a woman named Tiara last month about my bill. Tiara was phenomenal. She was informative and well versed about PathGroup, which made it easy for her to answer all of my questions. She was patient and understanding about my hesitations and confusions concerning the bill. She even offered to reset my billing schedule so that I could have a little more time to call the healthcare business I'd visited to get some clarification about exactly what I was paying for and why before paying for it.”
