Lowe's for all of your home improvement needs. Stop by the local Cincinnati, OH Lowe’s to pick up gardening supplies, check out new appliances and paint colors or try out new patio furniture. This is a nice store where many employees were nice, pleasant, and very helpful. However, finding anyone to help can be a challenge, with some staff being disrespectful and offering no help. The store's selection can be lacking, with a wish for better fireplace accessories and repair items, and for Wooster paint brushes instead of others. Service and friendliness can vary, with one location noted as excellent while another was not friendly at all, particularly in the Pro section.
Found everything I was looking for, great service. Just in case you didn't know your air pump is not working properly.

Would you please sell Wooster paint brushes. I hate home Depot but I can't get Wooster paint brushes in your stores so I have to go there. Purdy are the worst brushes but you keep selling them. I tell management and no one listens.

Spoke with the manager John after a bad experience with Chris from the pro desk. John was very understanding and helpful. Thanks so much. Chris, not so much. Very disrespectful and no help. Would be 5 stars otherwise. Everyone else in the store that I talked to was very helpful and pleasant.
