I called Schneider and they came out and corrected the problem and it took them less than an hour. “My husband and I stopped in TSC for our first time on Sunday, 9/10/23. We had our 2 year old grandson with us. I was looking for a sharpening stone. They had several to choose from. We also picked up some bird suet, hummingbird feeder, and a toy green deer tractor ? for our grandson. We were pleasantly surprised to find out they offer a place to bathe your dog. We will have to try that out. I have three furbabies that I bathe at home but would love to try the Pet Wash Station at TSC. They even supply the towels! It's only $9.99 per pet.”

“The store is 2 stories so it's not wheelchair friendly. If you buy something heavy make sure you bring able body friends as you're responsible for moving it. The furniture there is good quality and the sell appliances and they had plenty of stainless steel fridges some are in great condition, some are in scratch and dent but are new. They also have a small amount of washer and dryers. Plenty of flooring and different colors and if you need vinyl blinds to here before buying from anywhere. They also have limited furniture but they do have a good selection if you need a small collection.”

“I arrived at 8:10 pm on Sunday, thinking the store was open till 9:00 pm. Shortly after arrival, l heard the announcer politely encourage customers to make their purchase as the store was closed. I had difficulty finding the item I was looking for. A store attendant saw me and asked if he could help. He then guided me to the correct location for the item, and did so in a pleasant and friendly way, well past closing time. I'm noticing that customer service agents are very attentive to customers! Bravo!!!”

“Was there for electrical supplies. Struggled to find what I wanted. I'm not 100% on this next statement, but it seems to me that HD has less electrical components that Lowe's. I could be wrong, maybe it's that HD has their stuff spread across multiple aisles and Lowe's electrical is pretty much just in one aisle. I don't know, that's just how it felt. Take it with a grain of salt.”

“Yo shoutout to Mr. Gregory F. for helping my grandfather out this afternoon. I got a call from my grandad that he had lost his wallet with all his belongings in it, and was literally panicking. I quickly called The Home Depot, and was instantly connected with Mr. Gregory, I'm pretty sure he heard the frustration in my voice lol, but he quickly calmed me down and took my information. As I was calling to cancel his cards, Mr Gregory called me back with in 10 minutes and stated he had found it. I tried to offer to tip him and he would not take it. I hope this finds it way to The Home Depot Corporate, this man is AMAZING and I am truly grateful. Mr Gregory when I come visit Cincy, I will definitely be bringing you a few souvenirs from Las Vegas. Thank you again P.S. To the mamm/ sir who returned the wallet "GOD BLESS YOU". We don't come from a lot and that kind gesture couldn't have made my day any better!!! Thank you”

“I started dealing with Chrisco a little of a year ago and I cant express enough how happy I am. Chris is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and very easy to talk too. I honestly feel that he wants the best for my business. I am opening my first restaurant and Chris has helped me along the way so much. Chris provided me which a wealth of knowledge/ideas about designing my kitchen, equipment, and overall layout. He communicates well and knows what he is talking about. The last thing that I would like to add is that he is a man of his word. If he says he is going to do something or price something for you, he does exactly that and doesn't go back on his word. I have had other hood installation companies and restaurant design service companies provide me with info and never honor what they said they would. I have referred Chrisco to several other friends of mine and I will use him for my future locations. I highly recommend Chrisco and support them.”
