This is a really great place to rent a wheelchair-accessible van. We came from NJ for a visit with my brother and we would not have been able to take him out places and have an enjoyable weekend without MobiltyWorks of Sharonville. Rates were reasonable and vans were easy to operate. Thanks MobilityWorks for helping us create great family memories. We will be back in a few months!

I’ve had my mobility van serviced here for 8 years and have never been disappointed. Billy is the Service Manager and he has always insured that my issues are resolved I have total trust in Billy and his team. Tiffany handled all of details related to my extended warranty and made sure I received the coverage I was due. A great team!

Not pleased with these guys. My Dad bought a van for my disabled Mom for $30k. The wheelchair customization was fine, but the actual vehicle was a lemon. Lots of different fluid leaks. He brought it back several times for repairs always resulting in high repair charges that he had to pay out of pocket.
After my mom’s passing and accruing less than 10 thousand miles, he tried to sell it back. They would only offer him $5000…presumably because they knew it was such a lemon.
Talk about a company that doesn’t stand by their product.

Great experience with this company my Aunt was in a nursing home and she wanted to go to church we were having a problem getting her there due to her wheelchair we contacted Mobility Work and they were able to get us a van that was very stylish and the rent was hassle free my Aunt loved it.

March, 2024 - NO STARS.
Was quoted price for repair and part was ordered. Part arrived a week later and we took van back in for repair. After tech started working on van, he decided it needed an additional part - $1400.00 in addition to the $700.00 that was quoted. We chose not to do it since cost was up to $2000.00 - They did nothing to van except put it back to way we brought it in. They charged $506.00 labor to put it back together.
Service Manager was called the following day - he did not see a problem and was unconcerned that we were unhappy with spending all afternoon at his shop - van was not repaired as quoted and we had to pay them $500.00 to get our van out of their shop. This is totally because they can - there is no competition for them here and they know these handicap vans are a necessity for their customers . We have purchased 2 new vans from them but will never buy anything else from them. We will be checking Northern Ky, Dayton, and Indiana for a dealer in the future.

Knowledgeable salespeople and good service; they also work to get you a long loan term which can make it more affordable, especially since buying new requires a sizeable down payment.

Let me just say the people here are amazing! We were off in our new wheelchair accessible van in less than a month of starting the process of looking! Flint is absolutely amazing and very kind! I had an issue with an oil pressure sensor and 2 gaskets and hadn't had the van for a month. They got it in the shop and fixed it all at no charge to me! But the best part is they gave me a ride back to Cincinnati children's hospital where my 4 year old son is inpatient. Not only did they do that but they also sent someone back to the hospital to pick me up when my van was ready!! This place definitely gets 100/10 for customer service!!!
