“I came in assuming they could simply scan a QR code and ship it. Unfortunately, that was not the case and it turned into a project. The company I was doing business with did not provide the appropriate QR code. Feruza was quick to correct the situation with a simple work around. While I was working on my portion of the project, Feruza was still at work with other customers. Then she immediately came back to me to help finish the first step. They took on the job with a smile and got me out of there in an hour and half!! They went over and beyond to help me make sure they were reinforced with tape. Everything was delivered to me on time and in great condition. I truly appreciate their help. I hope this is the googliest of google reviews for them :-)”

He took the time to patiently walk my wife through the entire process, explaining everything clearly and making sure she felt confident and comfortable. We never felt rushed, something that’s honestly rare these days. It’s clear he genuinely cares about helping customers.
