“I came in assuming they could simply scan a QR code and ship it. Unfortunately, that was not the case and it turned into a project. The company I was doing business with did not provide the appropriate QR code. Feruza was quick to correct the situation with a simple work around. While I was working on my portion of the project, Feruza was still at work with other customers. Then she immediately came back to me to help finish the first step. “Christa and Allison were amazing. I had an employee leave the company and there were 65 large boxes of assorted summer camp supplies that I had to ship back to Georgia. They took on the job with a smile and got me out of there in an hour and half!! They went over and beyond to help me make sure they were reinforced with tape. Everything was delivered to me on time and in great condition. I truly appreciate their help. I hope this is the googliest of google reviews for them :-)”
