“This is my go-to UPS store. The staff are typically quick, helpful and friendly. They recently added a self-service kiosks for drop-offs and returns. I had two Amazon items to return, in two separate return orders. I spotted the self-service kiosk, scanned, bagged and labeled both returns for free before either associate was done with the people they were helping. It was a breeze and I was able to get a receipt to my email. While it probably is faster for an associate to take the return and scan your QR code, this kiosk is a lifesaver when they are busy. Highly recommend.”

“I started out with a 1-star rating on my review. I had an issue with 2 packages that were shipped from Springdale to Scottsdale, where I am for the month of February. I called the store twice, left voice-mail with no response. Haley, the manager got my message and finally called me back. She was very helpful in rerouting the packages to our condo. I'm now anxiously waiting for them to arrive. Thanks, Haley for helping to get my issue straightened out.”

“They charge 17 cents per page of print out in black and white. You can mail it to them and bring the retrieval code sent to you over email to get the print out. The staff over there are very helpful and kind”

“This is the location of the Clermont County Union Township Senior Center. Seniors gather here and play cards such as euchre, pinochle, and bridge. The facility also houses a USPS location and other offices and meeting rooms. They have ample parking including handicapped parking. It's a nice clean modern facility.”
