“I came in assuming they could simply scan a QR code and ship it. Unfortunately, that was not the case and it turned into a project. The company I was doing business with did not provide the appropriate QR code. Feruza was quick to correct the situation with a simple work around. While I was working on my portion of the project, Feruza was still at work with other customers. Then she immediately came back to me to help finish the first step. Then back to the other customers and back to me and so forth. A helpful and hard worker for sure. Thanks again Feruza”

“I came thru today lookin for stationery (paper, pencils, staplers). Shortly after I walked in someone asked if I needed help finding anything and they led me over to the aisles I needed. While I was looking in one of those aisles another associate asked if I needed any more help. I was kinda surprised, honestly. My only minor complaint was that I had trouble finding mechanical pencils at an affordable price. Otherwise thanks to this location”

“Christa and Allison were amazing. I had an employee leave the company and there were 65 large boxes of assorted summer camp supplies that I had to ship back to Georgia. They took on the job with a smile and got me out of there in an hour and half!! They went over and beyond to help me make sure they were reinforced with tape. Everything was delivered to me on time and in great condition. I truly appreciate their help. I hope this is the googliest of google reviews for them :-)”

“I went in to print and scan some documents—something I haven’t done since college—and it can definitely feel overwhelming. But Brianna was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process and made it so easy. I’ve never felt as welcomed in a FedEx as I did at this location. Both Brianna and Allie were amazing—so professional, kind, and clearly a great team. “I can't say enough good things about this team with a special shout out to Tide! A few month's ago, DHL lost a poster that I had created on Shutterfly and I needed it by a deadline date. When the package didn't arrive I called at least 5 other places to see if they could turn it around in 2 hours.This location said they could and using only a screenshot, they produced a beautiful poster for my daughter's event. Needless to say, I ordered my second poster here and had it mounted on foam board. It is perfect and came with special corner protectors which was unexpected. It's not inexpensive, but it was worth it knowing I'd get my order completed on time. Tide is kind and accommodating. Everyone I've interacted with at this location is quite nice.”
