Haley is absolutely the nicest person. She always makes sure that all of my questions are answered. She even lets me talk about things not necessarily about a claim. She's great. I am super happy with my choice to have State Farm Insurance with Mark Redmond and Haley.

Hailey is an AMAZING representative. We have constantly had billing problems (we hate State Farm for that) but I have spoken to her many times and she is always kind, knowledgeable, and patient. Working in customer service myself, I see the effort she puts in to make each customer happy, she deserves a raise ;).

What makes this State Farm agency great is its personnel (Marc Redmond, Haley Colt,...) who are very efficient and diligent in providing responses to our needs. As an international business with many specific needs, State Farm has come through with proper service requirements so as to help move our business forward. Would highly recommend this particular group if you are interested in fast, courteous, and efficient services.

I really had a great experience here by far the best. I was in need of looking for a new car insurance since the previous one that I had was just no longer benefiting me and when I first came in, I was attended very quickly and I got all my answers questions and everything was very friendly environment along with fascinating equipped, and I was out in less than 30 minutes. By far, probably one of the best experiences that I’ve had so far in regards of car insurance since I am used to having bad service with rude people. Jenny was very kind, informative and patient. I am most definitely going to let friends and family know that they should come here!

This past June I talked to a very nice agent about getting Auto, Home and Umbrella policies. I provided every information that I was asked for. I provided my teen drivers' information(age, drivers licence etc) and talked to the agent about how it's important to have an umbrella policy with having a teen driver. We paid about $3700 for all three policies and moved on with our lives. Two months later I am receiving additional charges from StateFarm with no explanations. I call the office and was told that they will look into it and let me know. Didn't hear anything so called again and again with no one answering the calls or returning my messages. Apparently they had covid :// The reason is that they missed the teen driver information on our filing process, so the help they can offer is taking the payment over the phone. Some big help! No apologies or anything. I told Mr.Redmond more than once that an apology would go a long way but he still wouldn't and talked to me like I was a nuisance in a very respectful manner. I asked Mark Redmond if I was in an accident, how do I get through them since no one is picking up the calls. His answer was " I am speaking to you now". I wish I could also be another satisfied customer on here but I feel cheated by this agency. I spent many hours talking to insurance companies to get the lowest insurance premiums for my family. They just casually ask for more payment after the handshake and full payment. I ended up paying an additional $183. Apparently, if I refused to pay for their mistake, my insurance cover would be canceled. I filed a complaint with the Department of Insurance in the State of Ohio but don't expect anything to come of it unfortunately. Consumer protections are no longer there. Just wanted to let you all know about my experience.
