“My mother purchased a mattess from our local eastgate store and unfortunately had some issues. We called the Kenwood store hoping to get some help since we couldnt reach eastgate and a woman named Debbie picked up. Boy am I glad she did! She went above and beyond to fix our issues and make things right! Communication was clear and concise and I could tell she genuinely cared that my mom got what she originally was told. A HUGE thank you to Debbie the manager at the Kenwood store! Thank you for still valuing customer service as it is hard to find nowadays! Go see Debbie in Kenwood at Sleep Outfitters for all your mattress needs!”

“My girlfriend and I went to buy a new bed at the mattress firm in Springdale and Andy helped assist us. He was extremely thorough and open about policies, pricing, and what he genuinely thought would be the best option for us. His work was exceptional, and we never felt pressured to buy a specific one. His customer service skills were top notch and the experience was extremely pleasant and painless. I don’t think buying a new mattress is something many people enjoy, so having someone like Andy who is able to make the process so easy was truly incredible. 10/10 experience, if you are in the area and need a mattress GO TO ANDY.”

“I was helped by Gray. I really appreciate how informal he was and how helpful. I gave him my budget and he stuck to it. Didn’t try to oversell me but did show me multiple options and I don’t think sales people realize how much of a turn off overselling is. He had the right idea and was a great sales man. He helped me find the comfort level we needed for what we were experiencing and was patient with my decision making and processing how I wanted to pay. I appreciated him a lot and the whole experience. I also found what I was looking for and can’t wait to get my new bed in a few days ☺”

“We needed a mattress desperately and made the drive from Lexington to visit the actual tempurpedic flagship store instead of the bigger mattress stores in town. We ended up purchasing a mattress after laying in a few. It hasn’t yet arrived but the customer service experience there was top notch. Alex S. guided us expertly through the different mattresses and gave us solid recommendations based what we told him we were looking for. I can’t yet speak for the mattress but as far as buying one goes this was about a pleasant experience I think anyone could ask for. Highly recommended.”

“7/9/26. I just recently purchased the Orthos Ultra Plush bed at the Kenwood Ohio store last week..it was delivered this morning and I noticed there is a dip in the bed so I immediately called the Kenwood store ..I spoke to Nick , he asked me to send a photo of the dip .. and he noticed a dip as well and said someone will come out and look at it … Also , I realized on the tag on my bed the date is before I purchased my bed..it is a bed that had already been in stock… I received an uneven flawed bed ,not like the bed in the showroom.. I’m really not happy at this point. **UPDATED** (7/17/2026) I am so pleased to say that the original mattress factory took the time to come and look at the mattress that was delivered a week ago. OMF gave me the option to receive a new bed or a complete refund. I just received my new bed today.. I’m completely 100% satisfied! Thank you, OMF ..Wonderful customer service!”

“I do not typically write reviews, but this was one of the best buying experiences of my life. David was a phenomenal salesman. He gave his spiel about the different levels of mattresses, told us to test them out, and come back with any questions. He was friendly and knowledgeable but did not push us at all. I would give 6 stars had he not denied my request to jump on the beds.”
