“Brad was great! He took his time to show us around the store asking what we liked and didn’t like about each mattress. He had great suggestions about which mattresses to try. He explained the differences between all the various types and brands. We stopped by once to narrow it down to a few and went home to talk it over. When we returned he remembered us and remembered the mattresses we tried. He even suggested different pillows to try to increase the comfort level. Not only did he help us find a new mattress but new pillows as well. There was a woman working in the store with him the second time (11/13) and she was helpful as well. After the horrible experience we had at Original Mattress Factory (awful quality mattress and awful employees) we were being super picky about our new one. It was great that he understood and didn’t try to pressure us.”

“Reading these reviews are a bit confusing. I know this location USED to be a Sears but this is for American Freight.Anyway, wife and I were looking for a dresser/mirror combo. Looked online before heading to store to see what was actually "in stock" and ready to go. The one we really liked showed in stock ready for pick up today, however it was not. The lady who was helping us called other stores and they didn't have it either. We ended up buying our 2nd choice, but next time I will call the store 1st to verify they have the product before going. Other than that, the quality was better than I expected in the price range we looked at today.”

Refreshingly, that could be not have been further from the case. Rob answered all my questions thoroughly and genuinely, treating me as a person first and customer second.While I am still determining if I can purchase the new bed I’m interested in, the way I was treated was enough to earn my business. In other words, I will be back.”
