Meals on Wheels provided 28 meals, bread, milk, and snacks after I got out of a lengthy hospital stay. Since I can't fit 28 meals in my freezer, they split the meals down to 7 a week for 4 weeks.

From Meals on Wheels Southwest OH & Northern KY
Meals on Wheels Southwest OH & Northern KY serves approximately 10,000 seniors and 1.4 million meals to seniors in our community. Meals are prepared daily in our commercial-grade kitchen in Price Hill and there are over 24 menu options for seniors. We deliver meals to 12 counties - 4 in OH and 8 in KY.
In addition to our Home Delivered Meals, we also offer Pet Support, Transportation, Personal Financial Management, Senior Care Coordination, for those who need additional support in order to stay independent. Building Coordinators, who are social workers, assist in senior housing complexes, and we have eight Congregate Meal sites, serving community meals in Hamilton County. Our OTR Senior Center is a warm, friendly place.
