No one in the store acknowledged us for quite some time ?. I wouldn't go back if they offered me something for Free?. Good customer service says a lot ?.

The installer, Matt D., did an excellent job of explaining and demonstrating how to use the Stair Lift. He was kind and patient while showing us how to operate it. His installation was thorough and he cleaned up afterward by removing all of the boxes. The Stair Lift is great! It is safe and it does everything that is advertised...
