“Everything about my family’s experience with 101 Mobility was 5 stars! From Carrie ours sales person, to the ladies at the office, and finally the installers, everyone was extremely kind and professional. The installation was on time, no mess and two very nice guys who walked my parents through their new stair lift systems. The two stair lift systems that were installed are top of the line. I can’t say enough great things about 101 Mobility! I would highly recommend them to anyone.”

“Steve is a fantastically gifted professional. I have gone to him for years. Recently got 2 pairs of orthotics : fitted like a charm from the time I got them . He also gave me a small cash discount (nice gesture in this day and age where nobody wants to give you a break) as my insurance does not cover orthotics
I work long shifts and have to stand a lot and walk a lot. Don’t think I would be able to work this much without the help of Steve to keep my feet in top shape. They never hurt or ache thanks to his brilliantly Crafted orthotics.
Spend your money on orthotics not branded sneakers which are so pricey these days !!!. I buy the generic / cheap sneakers but top notch orthotics : you try the same and your feet will love you for years to come

“This is the company that you want to go with! Everything was explained to me in detail, including a possible time frame depending on insurance of when equipment would be available. The initial appointment, with possible options of which equipment is appropriate and accommodating for my son for his special needs. The second fitting appointment was helpful, because everything was adjusted and measured for my son for height, weight, and comfort ability. Craig, the sales rep did AMAZING patient education on the equipment and made sure me, the parent knew how to break down, take apart, and put together equipment for the safety of me and my child. I do NOT regret going with this company, and was amazed at the turn around time. I even had the option of the heavy equipment to be delivered to my home, just in case it wouldn’t have been able to fit in my car. We are blessed, beyond measure and are thankful for companies like this that advocate for people like my son.”

“Not sure what these reviews are about but i have in home service for my mother's oxygen concentrator. The unit went down suddenly blown pump and i freaked out since she cant be without. Jaqueline(spell?) is awesome and got the teams chat fired up and our tech raced right over within the hour to swap it out. Great people directly, but answering service leaves a bad taste if they are busy.”
