Med Mart is a business that consistently provides excellent customer service and care. Customers have praised the kind and skilled employees, such as Wayne Koester, who went out of his way to repair a wheelchair and make a disabled customer laugh. Darlene, Caitlyn, and Larry have also been commended for their professionalism, patience, and eagerness to assist customers in finding the right medical equipment and explaining how to use it. Whether it's helping a customer get the right rollster walker, providing a large ice pack and back brace, or delivering and adjusting a shower chair, the staff at Med Mart demonstrate exceptional service and a genuine concern for their customers' needs. Customers have left the business feeling grateful for the kind and knowledgeable employees who made their experience positive.
Google as well as my doctor has a Medmart location on Glenway Ave. Not there now. Evendale is only location i guess. Not good for westsiders.
