    The off-site calling centers are not user friendly. Period. But Maria, in the MSC office, is the best! Huge shout out to her!

    Agreed with others -- all they want to do is sell sell sell. I get annoying phone calls every day from a new number each time so I can't block it. I asked to be removed from the list and somehow I got back on.

I spoke with Cassandra, who was friendly and professional. Everything went smoothly and I received my cpap equipment through the mail in just a few days. Thank you!!
