First time experience was great. You can talk about working or you can workout. Amber took me thru the paces today. I hope to be with them on the regular.

I’ve been a dedicated member of Orange Theory for YEARS! I’ve been to 22 different studios and have done well over 1,000 classes! I can honestly say that Lauren has made Kenwood the best studio I’ve been too, by far!!!Come work out here! You won’t regret it!
