Based on the reviews, this Pandora Jewelry location at Rookwood Commons has exceptional customer service. The staff takes their time to get to know customers and find the best options, asking why someone is buying a piece of jewelry. Customers feel welcomed, and the associates are very nice and helpful. The customer service is excellent; one gentleman even offered to polish a piece on a customer's arm, making them shine like new money. Specific associates, Kellen and EJ, were very helpful and deserve more than 5 stars. The store has nice setups on display, and customers will definitely be making trips back to this location.

This location has been exceptional compared to the Kenwood location. The associates take their time to not only get to know you but try to find the best options for you as well. I highly recommend this Pandora if you want a worker who is going to ask you about why you are buying a piece of jewelry.
