It's interesting to read the comments about poor service - when in fact, I have had the opposite experience. Maybe it's because I'm very low maintenance. I know what I want, I get it, get in line and have a positive exchange with the cashier (always). Then leave. The staff is great IMO.

The clerks are very friendly and helpful…kudos to them. But, why is it so difficult to redeem my rewards…not very good customer service, in that regard.

Was quick in and out items were in stocks. Not many Bird toy or branches for medium size parrots like (cockatoo).
