Horrible Staff the grooming staff picks and choose who they want to service when you ask for and appointment over the phone they'll tell you there book but you can come on Tuesday when there's two groomers, and when you come in on Tuesday they will tell you there book for two months call another location.

This is an excellent store, but they have a crappy staff. If you ask them for help finding a product, they don't do it and they serve you in a very arrogant way. If you want to save yourself a headache, don't come here.

Absolutely poor customer service . I came in looking for a new pet for my 8yr daughter . I asked Nia if my daughter could hold one of the Guinea pigs . She stated “ we are not allowed in bless you are absolutely guarantee going to buy the animal” I stated that is why I am here to get my daughter a pet . She did not assist to even come and allow my child to see the animal instead she said that it’s company policy that we can’t hold the animals .Yet the day before yesterday I seen a person holding one of the animals . I’m not sure what her issue was but even when I inquired about the cats she acted as if she did not want to get me an application she had a very stand off attic and not helpful

This by far was the absolute worst cut my dog received. I instructed them not to take too much off as it is winter and I don’t want him to be cold and to pretty much leave his ears. He was COMPLETELY BUTCHERED- very disappointed and I will not be going back

The groomer is not IT !!!! I got my dog back acting completely different!!! From behavior to itching as if he was traumatized by something !!!!! I’m not happy and he will NOT BE BACK !!!!!!!!!!!!

I went in the store no one was available in aquatics and I went to ask Jeff for help Tyler comes out to help me a in the process a man comes up ask to buy a fish Tyler Stops helping me and helps this guy how rude so everything that I was going to get I left petco winton rd I won't be back .
