Driver was unwilling to deliver item. Absolutely no effort to work with me to get item delivered. Dispatch was of no help either, stating that they can't control and don't know who or what truck would be used to redeliver if attempted. Check with seller before buying to ensure this company doesn't deliver their goods for them, as you will unlikely get your order if that is the case.

We cannot recommend this company even though the driver was great and the move went fine. The reason we cannot is that we were charged an exorbitant amount above our quote for a shuttle service the day of our move. The truck that was to be used in our cross country move turned out to be one with a huge sleeper cab that therefore could not come down our street. I doubt this truck could have made it down any normal neighborhood street. We were forced to sign an agreement for this shuttle right before our move in order for the move to even happen with many wheels already in motion and deadlines to meet. We felt trapped and under a lot of pressure…not something anyone wants to deal with in an already stressful time. We feel this was really unfair and dishonest and the timing was horrible. When we tried to settle this amicably the company threatened us with legal action. Buyer beware.

From start to finish Planes does a superior job. Moving your entire family is a big deal. Planes and the packing, driving and unpacking teams communicated regularly and solved problems in real time. Moving across states is difficult. From estimating the job, packing the house, storing goods and delivering on time - Planes hit a home run.

Used Planes for cross country move. Everything was well-organized and efficient. Have used their services before and would definitely use them again.

In May, Planes delivered a damaged custom iron bed to our home. My husband documented everything and the driver was aware, yet the photos their driver took did not reflect the damage and the company I got the frame from refused to replace the damaged frame. I talked to several people at Planes, including Scott Roger’s in claims and they did nothing. I did receive documentation from their accounting department which showed damaged but JB Hunt said Planes altered the documents. Since the drivers original paperwork mysteriously disappeared and his photos were done so to not reflect the damage, it appears that their practices are unethical and it will cost me over $1000 to replace the bed frame which was obviously damaged by a forklift. Planes was the final mile deliverer for JB Hunt so I did not have a choice.
