Quality Inn & Suites Cincinnati I-275 offers a mixed experience for guests. While some reviews highlight great service, cleanliness, and a comfortable bed, others note issues with outdated rooms and poor breakfast options. Several guests mention the need for better deep cleaning, dim lighting, and problems with noisy neighbors. Some rooms have maintenance concerns, such as leaking AC units and noisy bed frames. The hot tub received praise, and the hotel is appreciated for its decent location and affordability, making it suitable for travelers. Guests felt safe during their stay, and the pool, although too cold for some, adds to the amenities. Overall, Quality Inn & Suites Cincinnati I-275 may meet some travelers' needs, but potential guests should consider the mixed feedback when making their decision.
Breakfast was very poor, not enjoyable at all. Rooms never deep cleaned and heat smelled like old smoke. Lighting very dim. One hanger for coats and when I put my coat up bar fell down. I won't stay here again.

Stayed for 2 nights. Gentlemen were nice, someone kept knocking on the door the second day and night. Left my charger in the room and he went and got it. Left the room a mess but was under a lot of stress and pressure due to helping a friend out with disabilities.

Needs renovation. Hallway floors feel as if they were going to fall through. Bed spring was noisy, made a loud sound at every movement. Breakfast was not very good. Elevator is way overdue for an inspection. Never again will we stay here.
