Shred has been a great opportunity to help me get back into a consistent workout routine. The classes are structured and fly by. Lots of different instructors and times throughout weekdays. Also has everything you need if you plan to head directly to work after your class!

Shred415 is the best! I love that the coaches make each workout different and celebrate everyone’s milestones. There are fun class formats/themes and class times that fit with any schedule. Definitely recommend to people of any fitness level as the classes are at your own pace!
