“I don’t usually leave reviews, but this was by far the best car repair service i’ve ever had. I usually go to chain/dealership shops to get my car fixed, but I did some research this time and found “Dave’s Auto Care.” Which I learned is family owned! The gentleman running the place Senan, was very honest, informative & trustworthy. He actually cares about the safety of you, the vehicle and your pockets. He even went above & beyond and fixed the front flap of my car that was hanging off unexpectedly! I’m very grateful to have found Dave’s. If you’re considering he’s service I highly recommend.”

“Stephanie and Gary are amazing! They're friendly, honest, and provide quality work. Unfortunately, I don't have "before" pictures, but I hydroplaned and wrecked my brand new 2023 Subaru Forester. The entire front end was smashed, windshield shattered, and 3 of my tires had to be replaced. Thankfully it wasn't totalled. Gary performed a miracle and it honestly looks brand new again! They also dealt seamlessly with my insurance company. I would highly recommend Eastern Hills Automotive and plan to come to them in the future with any auto repair needs.”

“I had a check engine light problem due to a faulty gas cap. I brought in my car to get the light reset and Mike was so nice. He check for other issues, made sure my new gas cap was on properly, and reset for me just out of his own courtesy. The shop looks a bit sketchy but it's just a man doing his own honest work. I will be going back for any future maintenance.”

They answered right away and Gary was there within 10 minutes. He was able to get me out without any additional damage. Definitely will be saving their number for any other emergencies.”

They were nice enough to open the impound lot on a holiday weekend for us to get our belongs out. A few days later I remembered something else and they graciously got it out of the car and we picked it up. They made a scary situation more calm with their kindness.”

Bought my new vehicle I had to get new tires on it and I refuse to go back to tire discounters I went to this location and it was an easy smooth process as well as they took care of me on the price of new tires. “Recently had a series of unfortunate events resulting in severe damage to one of the axles of our 26 ft travel trailer. Although covered thru insurance. All companies contracted with them refused service. Being a Westsider and having previous great experiences with Schaffer's, I gave them a call. Schaffer's put me in touch with their heavy recovery driver whom got us home safe and sound and no further damage to the trailer. Professionalism and knowledge at its best...If you need a heavy Tow, Winter is your man. Thank you!”

“I hit some debris in the road and lost tire pressure. The wheel started making an odd noise. I managed to limp home and the next morning I called the location on Hamilton Avenue, since it is closest to my house. I phoned and left a detailed message, waited an hour, and called again. *crickets* So I called the West Fork location - where Zack picked up immediately! He checked their inventory to be certain they had a tire that would fit my Mini Cooper. When I arrived he showed me the two tires that would be the best fit, and recommended the one with the most tread. Because it was not an exact match, he swapped out the rear tire so the odd one would not affect the car's handling. I was out of there in less than twenty minutes. (I opted for a used tire because I plan to sell the car soon and don't see a reason to spend the money on new tires.) What great service!”
“I just had my car tint fixed in here which was installed last year. Informed the owner about the problem and he took care of if right away. They also suggested for some car windows to be tinted and gave me a fair price for it. I would definitely recommend this shop. Plus, he also have other auto related business that you might need.”
“USA Collision fixed my fender on my Ford almost a year ago. Their work was so great, that I had to come back to review this company!My poor car was banged up pretty badly in the front . They were very professional and didn't try to over sale me on parts not necessary(like other body shops.) Very reasonably priced. Doug was very helpful, as were all the team associates there. “I used them a couple of days ago for a wreck I was involved in. The Hamilton County Sheriff called and they were the one up on the rotation that showed up. The tow driver was polite, as was the office manager when I showed up yesterday to get some things from my vehicle, take off my license plates and take some pictures. My car was towed from there by my insurance company. So, that's the last of my interactions with them.”
