Manager Lisa handled the rental part with ease and John completed the hook-up on the trailer. Super simple and quick. Victoria in the storage area was also friendly and greeted me as I entered the storage area. Very clean self-storage and I would certainly do business at this location again.
The crew at Walnut Hills was 5 stars all the way!!!

It has been some time but I will never forget the service I received from Greg at U-Haul. When I tell you the service exceeded expectations. He truly did. I was going through so much so much and was on the edge and Greg/Gary( forgot his name) made my day truly so much easier where I still remember his help today. I wish he could be rewarded on his customer service and people skills. Just the empathy and help he assisted with was amazing and he is truly a blessing from God. I am so grateful, thank you.

To protect your money and protect your Account do not shop with these people they make up prices as they go and they will tell you over the phone. I felt like I should have charged you for that even though it wasn’t in your contract and will sit on the phone with you argue with it on why they just charge it because they wanted to
