Dude was nice. Set up was good. Simple pick up & drop off. I’m surprised by the gas mileage, the van wasn’t a gas guzzler. 3 seats was spacious enough. We got the 2-3 bedroom van & still had more than enough room.

Everyone was very kind and helpful. The U-Haul and dolly were easy to use, instructions on the dolly itself were ideal!

The rental place was clean and professional but the mileage charge was not explained in the reservation process or at pick up. There are no amount of miles included and each mile is charged at $.79 - this really adds up quickly and more than doubled my rental quote. Very disappointed.
