I BELIEVE IN MANY SOLE-MATES! Kicking it right off, now, I have never physically been to this sneaker boutique, but my partner has ordered sneakers from here countless times. The owner is a wonderful person and once the connection was made between himself and Courtney, it is almost like they have become e-best friends. Courtney, my partner, is a big sneaker head. We have almost 300 pairs of sneakers in our one bed room apartment, crazy I know. But he is not the hype beast type, so we don't just buy sneakers to resell them for a higher price. One thing I have noticed and really appreciated about this hobby is making connections with sneaker boutique owners. Courtney takes pride is knowing some people in person and others he has nay communicated with via email or direct messages on Instagram, but everyone that he has a connection with has looked out for him, knowing his likes and dislikes. We stumbled upon Unheardof a couple months ago through the sneaker head grapevine so to speak. There have been two pairs of sneakers that have dropped at this shop and whether we stay up until the drop or not the owner of this shop has made sure to contact Courtney so he can get a pair. I just really appreciate that people within the sneaker community look out for one another like this. Would love to take a trip to Cincinnati to visit this shop in person. But for now, the sneaker gods will be looking down on us. Thank you Unheardof for looking out for Courtney and helping to get your name out there even when we don't live locally!

Amazing store with amazing customer service. If you’re in the downtown area, you have to stop in. Dont let the recent construction stop you. Store and employees are worth it.

This store is clutch, okay?!! I wanted the Serena Williams Blue Lapis AF1's so bad, but they were sold out in my size EVERYWHERE. I was so sad, cuz Nordstrom's had them, I made the purchase online, got the confirmation, THEN got a "I'm sorry, we actually don't have it in stock " notice. I was so disappointed. Then my friend found Unheardof, at the bottom of the search results, and right, never heard of them before! So did my research, saw they were legit, and had my shoes in 3 days! I am still in awe! So glad I found this store!!

I love this store, every time I walk in someone is there to great me and tell me what is hot and NEW! There is nowhere else I would shop for my sneakers. My husband always loves when I come back with something you cant find anywhere else!!Thank you for being the best!!

Really lovely store, beautiful selection! Thank you for letting me exchange the Nike yoga top for sneakers, I would die in Chicago in those "breathing shoes" because it was snowing HARD and roads were slushy! I wish I could buy more stuff, I'm just traveling ?

Absolutely amazing!! I live on New York and was on a wild goose chase for a pair of vans sneakers that are incredibly hard to find ! Found this website and saw they had them and although skeptical, I placed an order! My order shipped the same day- literally that afternoon!! And i received it 2 days later! Could not be more impressed with the service I received! Very grateful and will absolutely be a returning customer!! Plus, the package came with some awesome stickers that my husband loved!! Thank you so much!!

Love this place!!!! No place in cincy like it from the selection of clothes and shoes and not to mention a cool looking place itself. Staff is awesome and makes you feel so welcome. 10/10 highly recommend
