The customer service here is excellent; I must say Lisa is my personal banker she will do her job to make sure you are well taken care of.. Thank You Lisa…the staff whom I met are friendly & professional.. I do like coming to this location..

Customer service at this branch is non-existent. If you stop by, plan on spending lots of time waiting to be helped while employees ignore you.

Corporate office gets the bad review: My business CC has 38k in credits, 21k owing and this was supposed to be fixed last week!! The level of incompetence US Bank has EMBRACED since the pandemic has made it one of the worst banks to do business with.
