Great location, easy to find and drive-thru teller was friendly and prompt. I find the location works exceptionally well if getting on I-275 east bound.

Pls don’t go this location , if you have to don’t go to Alex. And most horrible experience to ruin you day. This bank is full of attitude people and least care and value their customer !

My least favorite place. Closed all of my accounts this week after a never ending battle of U.S. bank taking money from my account, never accepting disputes, high fees, and never putting the customer first. You will be left on hold or hung up on by the robotic ‘banker’. Stay far far away from this garbage can of a bank.
