I have throat cancer and do not speak too clearly. The phone messaging component of PO system does not understand me, PO should add a text capability/direct person contact. Important mail is not delivered. Overall rating is very poor. We tax payers pay for crap.

I always drop off packages here to ship and the staff is always kind and quick

The lady at the desk is always direct, but helpful. The line moves as quickly as any USPS location, and I always am able to complete my business while there. Note: I use this post office 3-5 days per week, mailing pre-paid shipments and have gotten to really see how things go at this location.
