“I arrived about an hour before they opened to find the lobby door unlocked, so I thought it'd be a good sign that they'd have a self-service machine to drop a couple of packages in.No such luck. It's left open just for those who have PO boxes. So, I came back an hour or so later after running some errands nearby & went to the window.Service was quick & friendly. Hopefully my packages get to their destination without issue.”

“I've been a regular shipping stuff through this specific USPS, and my experience is solely based on shipping records via media mail in person so take it with a grain of salt.Staff there are amicable and never come off rude or antagonistic. I have shipped over 100+ items ranging from small to large and heavy packages, and have not had any issues with any lost or damaged media. Furthermore they are very helpful in answering questions and giving advice on packaging and shipping, which has helped me when it came to international shipping. A lot of the more critical reviews (and frustrated customers I've had the pleasure of hearing in the location) seem to focus on more procedural aspects that are a part of their job rather than staff going out of their way to irritate customers.”

“Have lived in two different neighborhoods serviced by different carriers from this location. Our carriers, Nyda and Moose, and their subs have always been fantastic. Any time we have to come into the office for anything, the staff here are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Even when there is a long line, they move things quickly. This is a great branch!”

“They have always been attentive to my son an I. We have gotten a po box an now get our packages threw this office so they are not stollen. They know us and start getting our packages together before we even get our yellow card up to the counter if they are not with other customers. Some of our packages are odd like the 10' roll of paper i needed for my studio and they never gave us a hard time over it. Everyone I have met at the counter has always been very kind to us. I have seen customers actingout, it's not the best neighborhood, but yet when we get to the counter afterward they are still very friendly despite their previous encounter. I have renewed my box and am happy to keep using this location.”

Both the workers were efficient while being friendly and informative. This went along way in alleviating people's stress about their taxes and their time. “Sorry to see so many bad reviews, I can understand why because I saw a few customers get very frustrated with the employees. Some even yelled, which was quite disturbing. The employees handled it well and just walked away from them. But these days scary things are happening and I guess going off-peak hours is best. Anyways, our experience with the passport service was easy because we had an appointment and our paperwork was completed beforehand. Have a nice day.”
