I really like this postal worker who works the Clifton area her name is Ms.Ladonna she is simply the best worker in the Clifton area she goes above and beyond when delivering mail with her delivering mail to my building I no I will get my mail.Other postal workers in the past just leave your mail &packages on top of mailbox. But Ms.Ladonna doesn't do that with her you get your mail and packages and I no for a fact she is loved and respected by people in Clifton area and that's why she's not only my favorite mail lady but every one in my building and Clifton area. Your the best Ms.Ladonna keep up the Excellent service you give to the Community😇

That worker was completely rude and unprofessional. I tried to buy a shipping label, but the African American worker with glasses flat-out refused and shoved me to the back of the line for no reason. There were only FOUR people in line, yet somehow, it took TWO workers a ridiculous 30 minutes to handle just TWO customers. Absolutely unacceptable. 0/10 customer service—an absolute joke.

I’ve had multiple negative experiences at the USPS Post Office on Short Vine, mainly due to an employee named Baby, who is rude, dismissive, and misleading. When I tried to locate my mail after moving, she shut me down, falsely claimed my mail wasn’t there, and acted as if I was a nuisance for following up. More recently, she was again unhelpful and made a snide remark to her coworker about me frequently visiting. Despite always being patient and respectful, I’ve consistently received poor treatment from her. USPS should address her attitude, as no customer should be treated this way.

The lady at the desk is always direct, but helpful. The line moves as quickly as any USPS location, and I always am able to complete my business while there. Note: I use this post office 3-5 days per week, mailing pre-paid shipments and have gotten to really see how things go at this location.

Has not delivered in 4+ days. Whole Foods Amazon, Amazon, and Door dash have delivered IN the snow on my street. Get it together

The worst local post office ever!!! My important mails don't get delivered and they have no explanation or whatsoever. The frustration have had from this office is totally unacceptable!

Were home when the mailman today. We had a certified letter come today. The mailman didn't even knock on the door just left that slip and keep on going. Reason we know is because we have cameras and i seen the whole thing. If ppl aren't going to do there job right they need to find something else!!! If I could have put a 0 stars I sure would!!!!

I was helped by an absolutely lovely woman called Baby. She was so lovely and cheerful and helpful. This was the post office on Short Vine in Cincinnati. Thank you so much, girl!!! You deserve a raise!
