I have throat cancer and do not speak too clearly. The phone messaging component of PO system does not understand me, PO should add a text capability/direct person contact. Important mail is not delivered. Overall rating is very poor. We tax payers pay for crap.

Dealing with lost mail and trying to get help, while being on hold for around 10 minutes I was hung up on and never received any kind of help.
