I went to this location to pick up a piece of certified mail. There was only 1 employee working there around 12 pm on a weekday but got my mail quickly with no issues.

I didn’t want to believe the reviews. I always side with workers, but the employees at this location actively take out their frustrations on the customers. If there is anything you need assistance on, do not bother. I cannot comprehend the way they handle things.

Extremely helpful staff, they went above and beyond to help us locate some medication because we missed the signature/delivery.
