Drive thru mailbox is open; put my mail in box on 15th of November and it did not get delivered; when I called worker female was rude and not helpful she said mail was lost downtown or destroyed!!!!! And she said this as if it was a practiced speech! Very quick to put blame on downtown branch even said they have a lost...
