The sales people at this store are dishonest, including management. Do not go to this store. I just got off the phone with corporate. I was promised my bill would go down to 118 without taxes and fees and it's actually at almost 170 with the changes they made. Drive the extra 10 mixutes to the Rookwood location.

We visited the store around 7pm on a Friday night, and it was completely empty, just me and my boyfriend. The staff was rude, made us feel like we were wasting their time, and repeatedly asked the same questions even after we had already provided the information. The lack of customer service was disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend this store.

Staff was unethical in transactions. Staff was not clear on what they were doing on our account or very knowledgeable about what the best deal was for us. Call the 800 number to get the best service.

Customer service needs some serious work here. The guy that was "helping" me (aka standing silently behind me) had absolutely zero interest in his job or me as a customer. The whole experience felt like I was bothering him. He didn't provide any information about the phones or offer to explain any features. I guess I'll just buy directly from Samsung instead.

These folks are dishonest. I was told an extra line was a free upgrade and yet they unscrupulously charged for it. I guess the days of decent commissioned salespeople (like the honest and gentle sales folk honored in the film Glengarry Glen Ross) are over.

DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE .....I WISH I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS. went in to upgrade phone - the salesman did a ton of changes to our account WITHOUT our permission - said our bill would only go up a few dollars - NOW I HAVE A BILL FOR $434.46 Which is DOUBLE what we were told. SHAME ON VERIZON - BEEN TRYING FOR A WEEK TO GET THIS RESOLVED AND NO ONE CAN SEEMLINGLY HELP ME. 5 PLUS HRS ON THE PHONE AND 1 HR DRIVE TO AND FROM STORE - NOTHING RESOLVED - TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE AT THIS STORE. I am pursuing this with John Matures of WCPO and if he can't help - I will get an attorney

Just horrible. Hours on the phone with customer service and a trip back to the store to try to resolve an issue that Verizon caused and still not resolved. Will be switching off Verizon for sure and never coming back.

Verizon has left us feeling completely defeated. Our business wasted an entire day trying to transfer a number and upgrade two devices, stuck on long, useless calls with overseas customer service. Now, our accounts are messed up, one device lost all its data, and no one at Verizon seems capable of fixing it. The employees at the Verizon store are practically useless when it comes to resolving issues—not because they don’t care, but because they literally aren’t equipped to do anything beyond selling devices. Verizon’s structure leaves customers stranded when actual problems arise, with no one empowered to provide real support. It’s a broken system, and customers are paying the price.
The “verification” process to initiate any productive or meaningful assistance with the accounts is an absolute joke—broken links, codes that don’t work, and constant demands to speak with the account owner, despite the fact that anyone could easily pretend to be the owner. I had to disrupt my dad at work several times just to get Verizon’s repeated mistakes approved and re-approved. And when I thought we were finally set, I spent another half hour waiting in-store only to learn the device I needed wasn’t even in stock. Utterly abysmal.

Phone broke, went to store. Sold me a new phone, 2 different sales people told me it was only going to be $5 a month additional for the newest phone. Get my bill its up $135 a month. have now called Verizon on 3 separate occasions & billing issue is still not resolved. Salespeople never said they were going to add an additional line to the account for $135 a month. FRADULENT sales practice

Absolutely the worse customer service I have ever experienced. Sleepy eyed attendant couldn't have cared less about helping me with my phone issues. I do not recommend the Kenwood store, go to one of their retailers instead.

Probably one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever encountered. They messed up when activating my phone and then told me in order to get my new $1000 bill down its normal $250 charge I would have to pay to fix their mistakes. The team here was also very rude to me while in this process, explaining that me paying was the only option.

The salespeople at the Kenwood location are completely dishonest. Told my wife our bill would not increase when getting two new phones. They insisted we add two new lines and wait to pay off our old phones. Once we received the bill it was $136 higher than normal. Now they are saying we will get a credit in the form of a rebate sometime in the next billing cycle. What a joke, anything to get a sale and not provide good customer service. I’ve been a Verizon customer for 28 years and this is the last time I’m dealing with this crap. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else for your mobile needs.

Went in told them I wanted to cancel and return my box for the 30 day free trial home internet service gave me a paper to return with box but didnt cancel my service so now I have to pay for a months service I didnt even use. Have all these employees standing around with nothing to do but couldnt even do one thing right 🤯😡

Very dishonest salesman. He that I would receive a $150 credit with adding a new line and instead I was charged an extra $167 in fees plus $60 in additional monthly fee. Do not trust them.
