Horrible customer service. I’ve been into this Verizon FIVE times now and my issue is STILL not fixed. Nick, Ziggy, and another employee all have told me this will be fixed and it still is NOT fixed. Cannot call the store which is a HUGE inconvenience for the customer bc now I have to go out of MY way to continue to try to REPEATEDLY get my bill fixed as quoted at the time that I upgraded my phone and my daughters. I don’t get why it’s soooo difficult and messed up my bill sooo much transferring my old numbers to new phones. This has never been an issue in the past and now at Verizon it’s an ABSOLUTE LIVING NIGHTMARE. I know TMoblie doesn’t do business like this. Why can’t Verizon get it together and fix these issues bc of all of this I will NEVER be upgrading my phone through them again. I will switch carriers before I ever relive that nightmare. With that being said I need to set up a SIXTH appointment for an issue that was supposed to be resolved FIVE trips to the store ago!!!! NOT HAPPY WHATSOEVER AT ALL!!!!!!!!-_-

So very upset with this switch we recently made. Please make sure to read fine print because Justin absolutely lied to our faces and now they are not wanting to hold their end of the deal. If there are no promotions going on then just say so but don’t lie to customers. Had to pay well over $100 the first bill and was promised a $200 gift card that was the BIGGEST REASON why we all switched and some didn’t get that as promised. Employees need to be better educated on what they are selling because they are ripping off customers left and right. Really wish i could switch back to previous service but now we are stuck in this contract.

My family and I have been a long time customer of Verizon. We have been happy with their service. I wanted to specifically leave a review regarding my experience at the Cold Spring KY store. My dtr and I went in to take advantage of the holiday offers that were being advertised. I was interexted in a smaart watch due to medical conditions that i have. Our rep, Hanz, greeted us professionally as we arrived. To say the least, he went above and beyond explaining options not only a watch appropriate for my needs but also finding one that would fit the holiday promotions. He was very patient, even calling in to the customer service dept for us to make sure that my family of 5 cell phones xharges were at the most beneficial financially. We did spend some time at the store to achieve our goals, but it was absolutely well worth it. Hanz took his time, patient and kind the entire time making sure that our needs were met. I was very appreciative of his kindness and assistance. Verizon offered great deals, but Hanz will always be the store rep we will deal with with my family's future needs! Thank you Hanz!

I attempted to exchange a defective screen protector. They acted like I was doing something criminal with the employee going to get the manager without saying anything. The employee said "How long have you had this?" even though I had a receipt showing it was a recent purchase. Despite having approval from Verizon customer service over the phone, they refused to exchange the item because it had already been used. I said it was defective and pointed the defects out in the finish. They still refused to do the exchange because it had been used. Verizon CS laughed when I filed a complaint saying they didn’t want to take the return because it lowers their sales numbers. I went to the store on Fields-Ertel, who ultimately made the exchange.

It took us four different appointments with five different sales techs to buy two new phones. We were given the wrong information, passed around like a football, and finally, the last guy that waited on us was the most helpful and knowledgeable. Terrible ordeal buying two new phones. It was very disappointing, to say the absolute least.

I was there over 3.25 hours to setup a new account with a new phone. For some reason my credit card would not go through there; however went to Trader Joes and it worked. I had to drive home and get cash to come back and start over as I lost my place in the queue. I paid the cash and thought I'd be ready to leave. I took over an additional hour to try and activate my phone. I literally could not wait any more as it was my only day off, so I had to ask for my cash back and was told I can't? If a transaction took place I would have received a receipt. So they finally gave me my money back so I could leave. Sadly never received a phone so a waste of a day. Why does it take hours to setup a new customer? Very disappointing.

Switching to Verizon has been truly a horrible experience. We gave them newer phones for trade in at a agreed price. A few weeks later they changed the trade in credit for wear/damage over 300 dollar deduction(no details just a 300 dollar deduction). The purchases with rebates were made on December 15th. It's now the end of March and no sign of rebates. The store cannot help...rebates are from corporate office???? I've been back 3 times this month(March) without resolution. Verizon is simply terrible.
