Used to be a good location until a recent visit I had. Went in to upgrade my phone and it was the most dishonest service I’ve ever had. I wanted to pay for my new phone in full to avoid a higher monthly payment. However the guy who served me wasn’t letting me do that and told me it was going to be more expensive monthly if paid for the phone fully. How does that even make any sense? All he could tell me was that’s not how my plan worked but wouldn’t elaborate any further. I kept asking questions and tried to understand that maybe I just misunderstood. He truly seemed like he had no idea what to say because it’s like nobody ever questioned him before. He even tried to add more lines on my plan and he was saying it was going to make it cheaper.? Like what how?! Of course he couldn’t explain that either. Just avoid this location. They are just trying to make more money off of you.

Good people, but unfriendly policies.
The person in the store was helpful and got me set up with home Internet with minimal fuss and so far it is working well and was not hard to set up.
However, I left something at the store and tried to call, but there is no way to reach the store. I tried 2 different numbers (including the one that the chatbot gave me) and they all go to national customer care. National customer care says the store does not have a phone number and they are unable to help me. The only way to retrieve the item was to return to the store.
Makes me trust the brand that much less.

Setup a business account on 10/8 to bring 4 lines over from AT&T. Was told that to complete the port of the lines i would need to return on 10/9 which i did around 5:30pm. After leaving after closing around 8:20pm we have 4 lines that have no service for reasons the store employee, nor the assistant retail manager can explain. One of these lines is our main business line. Absolutely unbelievable. Nothing but problems from the start. Now I have yo return tomorrow 10/10 to see if they can get the lines working. The business manager was absolutely no help and only came out for about 2 minutes to introduce himself. How this situation gets handled will determine whether we give Verizon a chance to keep our business account. Worst service I've dealt with between the 3 major carriers in over 20 years.

Between this store, and Verizon "customer service", Verizon puts the 'less" in useless.
Unhelpful. Store blames customer service.
Store employees unable to help.
Get a cup and string. You'll be happier.

The dude who helped us was awesome, he didn't waste our time and was very friendly. Only reason I'm knocking off a star is because what we needed help with required Verizon tech support, and they're still absolute trash even when you have a store associate as a middle man with them

Verizon has always been A reliable place to go. A gentleman named Kent helped me save money today on my monthly bill l, and helped me explore other options on my payment plan. He was very Helpful, Friendly, and informative.

I am still annoyed that I have to go online to resolve some issues at Verizon. Why cant I do everything at the store. But there service at this store was great.

Terrible customer service. Walked in and was never greeted or ask did we need help.Kent was very disrespectful and degrading to us when we asked how we could lower our bill after being customers for 25 years.

If I could choose zero stars I would!!
We went to this location to upgrade our iPhone and the salesperson would not process the upgrade for us, he said he would not make any money off the upgrade so therefore he would not do it and we would have to call or do it online. He also would not replace a cracked screen protector that was under warranty.

i was treated terribly here. came in to trade in my phone because it’s not working and the guy acted like i was stupid. i have the iphone 13 and asked for the iphone 14 and was told “they’re the same phone”. then i showed him the issues i’ve been having with my phone and he couldn’t even get it to work and after about 15 tries he said “this?”. i’m so disappointed. been coming here for years and never been treated this way.
