In 25 years I've never had a worse experience with any store as I did this one.I switched from.at&t to Verizon at this store long story short the employees at this store said there was a misunderstanding between me and them costing me $3000 to AT&t.At the end they said it is what it is and your stuck with us unless u want to pay for all your new phones and go back to at&t.

Wonderful experience in store. However, phones were set up incorrectly, and it's been nothing short of a nightmare getting everything activated and correct.

Horrible experience. I’m in sales so I’m patient, but I truly dislike explaining time and time again I am only there to buy phones. I requested they stop trying to update, but the sales person continued, well, she also continued the day without 2 new phone purchase, we went to the north was store and saved $90 per month on the upgrade compared to Verizon’s corporate on colerain.I will continue to take my business to small business owner on Northbend rd over the colerain corporate store.Truly sad as listening to the customers request is number 1 in sales.Especially after I request 4 times to please focus on the phones.In addition, I prefer 0 ⭐️ but that is not an option.GO TO THE NORTHBEND VERIZON STORE they were honest and listened to the customer.

I've had Verizon for many years and my family has a number of devices using this service (7 phones and tablets). I have had some issues with the activation of 2 new lines, but that has to do with "Verizon" the company, not the local store; which is what I'm reviewing.When I went into the store to get my issue fixed, the new Assistant Manager, helped me out quickly and efficiently.

Had a new phone that wouldn’t esim from the old phone. Amber took care of me and the mc directing the queue was so helpful. I was able to make an appointment earlier in the day and glad I did because they were busy. Plan ahead but great service!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. The sales people here are straight up scam artists. I went for the Black Friday sale and was told I could get a free iPad and Apple Watch with the purchase of my iPhone 15 pro. I asked many questions because I knew it was too good to be true but they constantly lied to me telling me the iPad and watch were absolutely free. Come to find out when my bill came the hidden detail was I had to add a new line to each number raising my bill $120. I was NEVER made aware of that. Then even though I said I didn’t want the protection plans they added them anyway. At the end of the day my bill was raised $261.42 higher each month and to keep those items my bill would stay that high indefinitely. I talked to 2 different guys but the name of one of the sales people I remember was Myles. Do NOT trust a word they say.

This place is always helpful and efficient. Whether it’s turning in my trade-in or getting another line onto a plan, they are really great at their jobs.

Store has long wait time, typically an hour until they will serve you. Reps give out their cell number but won't call or text back. Had a better experience at an Authorized Dealer. Would highly recommend any other location.

Got a new phone during a promotional period. And they are charging me ridiculous prices management knows it wrong but no one is help to correct my bill. I keep being on the ohone with customer service and they keep hang up on me and I keep going tonthe corporate store and in ther for hours and now this is month 3 and my bill is 538 and change but I just paid 320 and my phone was disconnected and my bill should only be 190 before taxes what the heck is the problem. I wand my credit and I'm not paying a 500 bill for a 25 bill

The sales people at this store do not listen to the phone and model that you want. Had to keep repeating the model and size and they still bring out the wrong phone. They also are not good at math and don’t tell you about all the other fee’s. Make sure you get each piece in writing and do your own math since it’s not their strong subject.

Went in to upgrade my daughters phone for her birthday. We we’re greated by Johnathon when we walked in. He further helped explain different options and specs on phones . At one point he came out from the back to help us “save” more money, and bring attention to a detail we missed. His customer service was exceptional, and very much appreciated. Everyone should be more like Johnathon.
