Part of this my fault as I had auto pay on. But about a year ago we setup a new line when they had get a free phone promotion. I got a model year older iPhone for it. Girlfriend updated her phone and we added me. Fast forward. Me really looking over the bill I found out I was charged for the phone and it was not free and I’ve been paying for almost a year for it after the pan is done. I am to bait and switch. So be careful here the if they can pull a fast one they will. We should have only payed for one device.

This is a hard one. The store employee, I would rate a 2-star. He gave us the wrong info, wrong number, and rushed us out the door quickly locking it behind us. It was however very close to closing time. I did get a hold of an excellent customer service rep on the phone that went out of her way to help. And I did get most of what I needed done. Except I have to return to the store and attempt again to do what I was there to do prior and was denied & misdirected by the store employee. This time I will not go at closing and I will visit a different location. I want to stress that the star rating given is strictly for that store, that visit. Because all other interactions have been nothing but great, easily 5 stars each time. Unfortunately, this particular representative went out of his way to give us the wrong info. It would have taken maybe a couple extra min to complete what needed to be done.

We tried all day to get our issue resolved with our business account and got nowhere. Now two of our users are going to have the wrong phone numbers for a work day tomorrow. Hopefully this is resolved soon

I was told to return a modem to My nearest Verizon store . I Tried to return it only to be told they were unable to accept after an hour later of being there. I ended up having to take it to the the closest UPS store.

Not helpful at all, started off as a new Verizon customer online, received phone in the mail and it had issues. They were quick to dismiss helping me at this store and sent me out the door without giving me some type of solution to fix or replace my phone or hearing me out.

While at the store the sales assistant Cole was very helpful and patient. I always dread going to change phones but Cole made the trip a lot more pleasant and enjoyable. Shout out to the manger Andy who also took time to come over and help us out and explain some things to us. Thanks guys.

From the beginning, I was given and charged for services I did not want or need. Anytime I need help at this store, the employees are unresponsive. Multiple people walked out today. I have a service issue and I’m told wait for the update. I call customer service and they hang up. In person, they hide in the back of the store until people leave. Verizon app doesn’t work either and the company just spins you from phone to app to store, and they spin you back and forth. You would think the store would be slightly more helpful. Unless they are selling you something, you don’t exist. Then they find ways to charge you, and offer no remedy to fix anything. I am a Verizon business customer, so you would think that would give me some standard level of service, but Verizon has been a disappointment on all levels, and it starts with the physical store.
This is my 5th time back. I even got a new phone through insurance. They spun me again, saying that it was due to changes in my phone plan even though this problem has persisted beyond that. I followed the link and hope to hear from Verizon soon.

My bill is over $100 more now and I was told it would be less. I regret going in to store. Should have managed it myself online. Dang it. Feel like I was taken advantage of.

This place is ALL BAD . Liars, i was screwed by Verizon's abilities to get customers to seemingly go into a (WALKING DEAD) ZOMBIE STATE OF MIND !! "YEAH" JUST TELL ME ANYTHING!!! ,AND HERES A CREDIT CARD FREE !!!,JUST CHARGE ALL YOU WANT!!! 0 AND JUST dont even worry we shoot the Bill right to yeah on yo email. Also during the covid outbreak they were excusing bills and said that they would catch up later and some of them ,,they were just totally dismissing. !!!! OURS supposed to be dismissed /mine and my wife's/. SENT US THE "BILL EXCUSE" IN E MAIL. STATING OUR BILL WOULD BE READJUSTED AND WE SHOULD BE LEFT OWEING NONE IF ANY AT ALL.
ALMOST A YEAR TO THE DATE WE GOT A BIILL FOR OVER 1500 , NO EXPLANATION NO FORGIVENESS NOTHING BUT " PAY THE BILL
OR ELSE. BLA BLA BLA . VERIZON IS A BAD CHOICE NO MATTER WHAT!!

It’s always takes so long at this beechmont Ohio pike location , the staff is very friendly when they greet u and check you in. I understand there’s going to be a wait time. But when your skipped for the guy who walked in behind me, especially when the gentleman said “these guys were before me “it’s just not good business!! !! And very frustrating!! I will drive to a farther store next time!

My husband and I stopped in a few weeks back to upgrade our iphone 8's. We were met by JT who provided us with wonderful customer service and patience. He was kind, helpful, and sooo very knowledgeable. He knew exactly what to do and we trusted is input because we knew he knew his stuff. You guys have a good one in JT! Please tell him thanks again for all the help and that his kindness and attention to assisting us did not go unnoticed.
