I wish I could give 0 stars! This was absolutely the worst service I had ever received in the twenty years that I have been a verizon customer. They clearly just did not want to do their job. It makes me want to end my contract and leave Verizon, absolutely unacceptable. Horrible customer service, they did not even try to listen to my daughter or help my daughter and she's in college up there and we are 10 hours away. They were so disrespectful and rude. To say I'm disgusted is an understatement!!!! These are the people that Verizon has working for them to be customer service representatives, clearly Verizon needs to do better especially for customers that have been with them for over 10 years. Where's the loyalty to your customers????

The employee I worked with either misled me about current Verizon deals to make me pay more money or was not aware of them. Putting me on the most expensive insurance plan for a new phone without talking to me about other options or their coverage. A Wi-Fi hotspot addon charge that was optional and I didn't request. Had to work with customer service to get the plan fixed with a better deal going on at the time. Whatever the reason, I plan to do my business online next time.

Had great customer service yesterday from Scott Reese. He was super helpful in figuring out an issue with autopay. On top of it all, I walked in 10 minutes before close with out realizing and he still offered to help for the next 30 minutes after closing. I offered to leave but he insisted. Definition of great customer service.

I hate the Verizon company because people who work there don’t understand anything at all. but the only one I am grateful to, having visited more than 10 stores and talked to more than 30 customer service employees, is Scott from this Verizon salon. I only give him 5 stars. A

They almost put more effort in to be unhelpful than it would take to just do their job. Just do everything online instead these days and let these stores phase out since they're useless to begin with.And your reply is meaningless at this point. After 15 years, the way things went between this and the phone staff, I'm leaving verizon

Upset I had to give even 1 star. Worst customer service in the history of the world. We have experienced nothing but headaches from this store for months now! Our bill constantly has equipment charges that should not be on there. Every few weeks we end up going in to have them taken off, each time we are told it will be taken care of and it NEVER IS. Absolutely joke.
