Had great customer service yesterday from Scott Reese. He was super helpful in figuring out an issue with autopay. On top of it all, I walked in 10 minutes before close with out realizing and he still offered to help for the next 30 minutes after closing. I offered to leave but he insisted. I hate the Verizon company because people who work there don’t understand anything at all. but the only one I am grateful to, having visited more than 10 stores and talked to more than 30 customer service employees, is Scott from this Verizon salon. I only give him 5 stars. A
