Unfortunately we had a very poor experience at this store. The staff were very friendly but gave us wrong information about pricing for getting a new phone. I went in to get a new phone. I was told that by adding a new line to our plan (that we didn’t need, but they said would just “sit” there), the price would be cheaper. We agreed to this although it didn’t seem to make sense (maybe my mistake). When I got home, I realized they connected my new phone to the random new number that was part of the promo. I went back to the store the next day spending and hour there while the employee tried to fix it. He also called the Verizon help line and they were not able to fix it. I had to leave (didn’t plan on being there over an hour). Since the problem was not solved, I had to call Verizon later and spent 3 more hours on the phone trying to change my phone back to my origin number. The solution they came up with was putting both numbers on my phone resulting in getting a lot of spam and robo calls. Fast forward to our first bill. It was VERY high indicating the information we were told was not accurate; we were being charged for the extra line we didn’t want. The associates at this location would benefit from addition training to ensure phones are set up accurately and that customs are provided with correct information.

Terrible Customer service some young guy didn't want to do his job...My family visited twice in 2days and was turned away for service...they tried to say my phone wasn't working due to a balance(talk about lazy and pathetic) I called Verizon and they fixed everything(240bal was never a issue it wasn't due) and said it was a easy fix and they will not treat us like this poorly managed store.

I hate Verizon after today & their lack of service & untruthful dishonesty about the service they provide I was sold on a promotion that multiple in store representatives lied about. To gain my serviceman-ship.I hate Verizon I won’t be a customer too much longer they suckso does there salesman ship!!!!

Don’t go to this Verizon! If they don’t want to help you, they’ll just go “look for something in the back room” or “make a call in the back room” but really they’re just hiding back there until you leave. I was supposed to get a refund from them about a year ago, never came.

Went into the store to trade in my 3 phones and got screwed hard now I've been fighting for 4 days to get my phone and it still may not get done. Only got 2 phones and one is a lower version then what I use personally. This store is a joke and will not take care of their customers all the manager can say is I don't know

Outstanding staff members. Marc, Thomas, and Brett were so patient with me while transferring information from one phone to another. Will be coming to this specific location whenever I have a question or concern.

Mother was very pleased after our trip to Verizon. She walked out with a brand new iPhone and Apple Watch that only cost her an extra $30 on the monthly bill. These guys sure did a great job making mother happy, so much that she's not making me give her a foot rub today

I'm giving this store 4☆'s ONLY because of the associate named AARON... as soon as I gave them issues to my new 2 day service which was a texting issue the RUDE Mgr. ( wish I knew his name) quickly said its a tech service issue, repeatedly. Hiwever AARON, kept working the issue. In a moments time had it fixed. Tks Aaron. He's a company keeper.

Jake is absolutely amazing, he makes the Verizon experience the way it should be. Easy, quick, and leaving with a smile. I can tell he is a great role model for the company and I hope he goes far! We will be following him to his next store for our Verizon help. Not only a great employee but a great person!

I cannot say enough positive things about my experience at the store this morning. I went in with an issue that turned out to be quite a bit more complicated than initially thought. Dominique and his team, especially Nick, were absolutely incredible. Several other employees at the store also stepped in to help. It has been a long time since I have been anywhere where a team worked this well together. They obviously have wonderful leadership. I would strongly recommend going into this store if you have any issues at all! They will not give up until they have a solution for you. Massive kudos!

I came in yesterday to get a new phone. I was having a rough day, but Nick’s positive energy made my experience a good one. He was able to answer all my questions no matter how silly they sounded. He helped me in choosing the best phone for me along with the best plan. Even though I stayed longer than expected to activate my phone, (I stayed at least 30 minutes after close, which wasn’t his fault) Nick welcomed me to stay as long as I needed to. My day may have started off rough, but I left with a smile on my face and it was all due to Nick’s kindness and helpfulness. This employee deserves recognition.

I came into the store to upgrade my phone and plan. With the comprehensive help of Jordan. We were able to find the perfect plan at an amazing price. He helped me out for roughly an hour and it seemed like every ten minutes he would find another discount to bring the price down. I truly could not of asked for a better experience.

Why is Verizon such a pain. One of the worst companies I have ever worked with. Customer service are rude, condescending and won’t give you any solutions that don’t fit there interest. Keep increasing my bill. Every month. No explanation. Blame things in your system on everyone else but not able to provide proof of any of it to show to bank or other parties. Will be jumping ship first chance I get
