Eve, provided the absolute best customer service I’ve ever received at a Verizon store period.
Despite Eve’s manager suggesting she move on to new customers that walk in the door, she refused to do such knowing resolution had not yet been reached with our issue at hand.
Eve = 5 Stars
(Very knowledgeable, polite, patient and hardworking. Worked through her lunch break and wouldn’t let me leave store until we both felt we did all we could to resolve issue, ultimately opening an ongoing investigation)
Location = 4 Stars (manager did not resolve issue, insisted staff move on to next customer)
Verizon as a whole = 1 Star
(Verizon corruptly stole $710 in one month; And after 6 months/ 36 hours of time invested on the phone, being passed from store to store, still no resolution!)
Ball is in your court Verizon!

Store was very helpful with my issues! Staff here are a mix of absolutely not helpful or knowledgeable to Extremely helpful. Depends on who you get i guess. Lol

Staff at the store has consistently been amazing even taking time in detail to do the little stuff they don't get commission on. Highly recommend.

Don't fall for Verizons fraudulent claim to set your new purchase at home easily. Half an hour on the phone with customer service. And they can't help me because I don't have a 3rd phone to talk with them on. Save yourself the time and frustration. Go to a company that values your time, and provides great customer service, such as ATT or T Mobile

The customer service in Hillsboro and Wilmington have been crappy in the past. The location at Eastgate was great! Worth the drive.

Wife went into the store with some questions and nick wouldn’t even pull up our account to help her. She was told to dial 611 with her questions. Guess I’ll be going in next weekend to see if nick will help me

Entire staff was great but the manger and Myron the rep that helped me and my wife was great, communication was great. I will tell anyone looking to switch go in that store and ask for Myron he will take care of you !

They poured the “ we never received your device” when we try to trade in our phone Phones. We absolutely returned the phones with proof of delivery. And then when we go to the store for help with our bill, since we were charged for the devices that people at the store acted like nothing had ever happened, and they lied to our faces. How long how many months has it been?
It’s been over 12 months and we still have Receive our refund and are being charged for the “lost devices”.
Disgusting customer view, dishonest company would not recommend ever!!!

Verizon is a dishonest company and their people are disrespectful.
I've been a loyal customer for a long time. I've came upon financial hardships and haven't been paid in 2 months due to me missing important messages and emails confirming my unemployment and bills that were due. I didn't realize it wasn't working for almost a month. When I went to try and talk to them it was hours of headache and I deleted all my passwords and account info.
I tried to talk to a representative and he wouldn't even speak with me without paying my balance.
I was there to pay my bill. But after the way I was treated I walked back out. I'm gonna pay off my phone and go with another carrier for half the price.
Verizon is not a good carrier. They have good service. Everything else is not. They add on hidden fees and charge you 3x what a phone is worth.

I went in to Verizon to get my brother a iPad and was helped by Tyler (TC) and he was more than polite and informative about the options we have for iPad selections/plans for payment. We were talking about storage options when Tyler was rudely interrupted by his manager in the middle of him explaining the product to us. The manager (Lee) decided to start grilling into Tyler for going above and beyond in helping a previous customer prior to my arrival. From what I gathered since the manager wanted to have this conversation on the floor in front of customers, was that Tyler helped a customer and wasn't supposed to comp the charge for the assistance. This type of management is appalling to say the least, im sure this conversation between management and sales rep can happen far from customers ears and certainly not in front of them. Thanks again Tyler for being so helpful and informative and making the experience pleasant even after poor management style.

I love this place! I worked with the manager Neeko and the store rep Eve. My phone was broken and worthless but they took the time to work me out a deal. I got an IPhone 16 and my bill only increase by $10. Can you believe that? They also got me a discount on Netflix/HBO, I was paying about $35-$40 a month for both now it’s only $20 for both through my Verizon bill. This will be my home store forever. These guys know what they’re doing! I had a great experience.

Absolutely fantastic experience at Verizon! The team was knowledgeable, patient, and went above and beyond to help me find the perfect plan and device for my needs. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made the whole process seamless. Exceptional customer service like this is hard to come by. Highly recommend this store for anyone looking for top-notch service!
