I believe her name was Tanika…she was so helpful. I had a heck of a time dealing with AT&T, was there for an hour. Walked in Verizon and spent maybe all of 15 minutes, purchasing a new phone and new line. Easy peasy, so happy!

I bought a Samsung S23 Ultra and I was not notified I was entitled the Samsung watch for free during "promo period" when I bought my phone. By the time I figured it out the "promo period" was over and I was not allowed the watch when I contacted Verizon. So basically I got screwed a free Samsung watch.

The staff at this store goes above and beyond. Taking the time to explain all your options and being patient while you make the best decision for yourself. I think it was Alex or Alan that helped us. Either way the guy was very helpful.

If you don't want your account messed up do not go to this location. Terrible service, they do not know what they are doing. Definitely feel cheated. Was lied to and am now out 500 because they messed my account up so bad.

This is NOT the employees fault but it was the Verizon main center they were on the phone with, who had my poor wife, on New Year’s Eve, sit their for a literal 5 HOURS trying to fix the phone they JUST sent us, only to tell her to take the phone home and hope it connects overnight? Are you serious? Do NOT switch to Verizon. We are DONE. Incompetent and ignorant.

Went in as a 10yr plus loyal customer woth auto pay, my phone worked fine until the morning and then some reason it won't stay On Verizon network. Went in, guy told me 3 times it's bc I didn't pay my bill, wouldn't hear me out about other techs who have given me other connections trials to get it back. The man again said it was bc I didn't pay my bill, after telling him multiple times it's not bill, I walked out completely unhelped and pissed to the max. Will not go back. The disrespect is unreal.

Got a new phone and wanted to use Verizon wireless network guest connection to transfer my info. From old phone to new and they said they would charge me $30.00 to use it. I said I would sit in my car in the parking lot so I wouldn't be in the way. He said good luck trying to pick up on the signal because you can't park in the spots near the building. I was appalled at this treatment with as much as I pay verizon and for so many years that I've been with them.

This store closing for no reason i have been there twice they closed for snow and it wasn't even snowing yet .they The manager Christian is a flat out liar. Disrespectful to women and laughed about veterans discounts said they get enough free stuff. Been there several times it's always a hassle and always seems to be the one pulling the strings if thier customer service wasn't so horrible I wouldn't be forced to step foot in stores like this. This store is the worst in the tri state if you need to do anything DONT GO HERE and if you see the manager who you can't miss, don't even bother you will walk out 100 times more frustrated than when you walked in . They will refuse to do anything except selling you something over priced or add to your account any issues they will just lie and say it's your fault until you leave . Businesses like this are the reason Google needs to have less than 1 star options . The rest of the staff was very helpful but being managed by someone like that restricts thier services .

My Wife and I went to the store on Sunday November 12th to upgrade 1 of 5 of are phones and add a line for 1 more phone for are son who is a member of the United States Marine Corp, We have been a customer with Verizon for 35 years as soon as we walked in the building one of the women that was working there made a comment by saying great i have been bitten by one of those dogs before, as soon as we walked in the door we were profiled, well we continue to walk in and look at phones waiting on someone to greet us and ask what they could do for us. But instead we waited, the women that made the comment walked away from the customer that she was helping and walked in the back roomAfter a few minutes she came back out, then a gentleman came out and said that we were going to have to leave the store because I had my dog. I said excuse me sir but my dog is a a certified PTSD Service dog. He told me it doesn't matter that he has the right to refuse service to me because of my dog's actions. I ask him what are you talking about my dog is laying on the floor not doing anything. He made the comment that he sniff me. I told him I wanted to talk to the manager and he said he was the manager , so I told him I needed to talk to someone else and he told me I could talk to the police and I said that's fine. We waited for the police and they told the manager that it's not their job to come tell someone with a service dog to leave their store. We walked out after we spoke with the police and filed a report. I filed a report with the American Disability Act. Also tried to file a report with Verizon and nobody has even responded. We also have video of the whole incident and conversation and they should too with the video in their store.

I do not want to change the stars on my review because this is not a reflection of Alex. I was having issues with my new S23 Ultra, just a battery issue and I wanted to get a replacement. When I walked in I was greeted by a woman, I explained my situation and wanting to exchange it. She looked at me and said "Normally we could do that but it's iPhone launch day and we aren't allowed to troubleshoot." I am assuming she saw the look on my face because before I could respond she went to the back and came back with "manager approval" to complete my request. I ultimately ended up getting the replacement but not after feeling incredibly disrespected and disregarded. Funnily enough, Alex happened to see me after she went to the back and asked what was up. I explained and he said they'd get it taken care of with no mention of not being able to because of it being "iPhone launch day"Alex was super helpful, patient and nice. I tried to do an early upgrade online for in-store pickup. It was a nightmare and Alex was able to get everything resolved efficiently and effectively. He helped me get both my new phone and watch as well as dealing with the headache of working through the early upgrade mess. It wasn't his fault in the least but spent close to 2 hours with me getting everything figured out.

I am not a customer of Verizon but I was looking to switch and get on my girlfriend plans and we had a service dog with us because it is for my girlfriend seizures and the manager in the store said they don’t allow service dog in the store and then after that they would not even look up my girlfriend information we have been to several other stores and restaurants with our service animal and have never been so disrespectful and forcing us to remove our dog from there store I will not be going over to Verizon at allVerizon I thank you for the response unfortunately due to how I was treated and how my girlfriend was treated we will be filling out the form but unfortunately we will be going to a different provider. We will also be talking about legal actions as well due to the managers disrespect And not allowing service dogs
