While thankful for Sunday hours, it’s really annoying to be waiting 15 minutes at the window when the employees are right there working on tasks. I get that they are busy, but those tasks will still be there if they had taken two minutes to wait on me so I could get along with my day.

I visited the pharmacy. The representatives weren't very friendly. The service was slow.

Erica Ford was very helpful today in photo. She also helped me in the pharmacy area. She was very professional and helpful. She continued to compassionately helped others walking by. Her customer service is excellent. She is definitely a person that should advance to management.
