I'm a lifelong cyclist and this shop is the real deal. JB and Jim do business honestly, leaving both parties winners. For example, I've got a bike that rides a bit rough and asked JB if a pair of gloves would help and he said the effect would only be marginal, saving me money and disappointment.
Also, JB and Jim are both seasoned mechanics who've been at it for over thirty years, and they both have a seemingly encyclopedic knowledge of gear old and new- ask for even an obscure part and they've had their hands on it.

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I stopped in on a Friday afternoon as I was in the area, hoping to sit on a Salsa Cutthroat as I am wanting to get into bikepacking. I walk in the door for the first time, and a friendly guy named Ryan greets me and asks me if he can help. I told him what I’m looking for, and he lets me know they don’t stock that model due to bikepacking not being as popular around here. Before I could fully process the disappointment, he tells me he just bought one himself though, and offered to bring it in the very next day for me to check out. So I go up Saturday AM, and Ryan lets me ride his personal bike around the parking lot, and of course I find it to be an amazing bike. I go in and explain what I’m looking to do with it (upgrade to 12s Shimano GRX Di2, sub brake levers, satellite shifters, etc) and the owner, JB, stops over and gave me some feedback on the build and offered to get set up with that build at a price I couldn’t refuse. A quick chat with the wife and I was ecstatic to get everything ordered. JB and the mechanic Jim were extremely pleasant and patient with me as I made a few tweaks to the setup while they were getting parts in, and I found them to be very knowledgeable and honest.

The chain guard on my bike broke and when I took it in Jim said they are almost impossible to find but took my name and number. A week later he called and said he found one. I took the bike in and he installed it while I waited, even staying past closing time. I don't remember the last time I had customer service like this.

Fantastic tire install! I love this new experience!! The way he installed the new tube and choices of both items has increased my riding performance significantly, and drastically.
which increases the overall the overall experience with this bicycle I've been training with since the speed difference in pacing myself and having more overall confident feel of control and amplifies how much faster this is. Thank you.

My daughter was upgrading from a kids bike to an adult size and was pretty fuzzy about what she wanted. The sales guy here was super helpful and patient, offering suggestions and kept bringing out bikes to try until she found exactly what she wanted - and didn't try to push more expensive models or variations.. It was our first visit here, but bought the bike today and will definitely be back.

Jb the owner and Jim the tech run this bike shop, I just wanted to come and write a review because their Customer Service is awesome. Everytime I bring my bike to get maintenance I know they are going to do a good job. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone needing any type of Service. These are the guys you want working on your bike!

When purchasing a bike you can count on knowledgeable, helpful customer service.When you need a flat changed, handle bars taped, a new chain or an adjustment on brakes there on it!
