“In the decade I’ve been driving, I’ve put about 200k miles on 4 different cars. I’ve gotten new tires on all 4 vehicles; sometimes 1, sometimes 2, sometimes 4. Every single time, I’ve come to this discount tire, and always get the best service. In addition to the 4 cars I’ve personally owned, when my wife needed tires replaced, I told her we had to come here.
I’ve been here probably 5+ times. Somehow, I’ve spoken to George every visit. He is great to speak to; polite, helpful, and straightforward without trying to upcharge you for anything you don’t need.
When we brought my wife’s car in to replace one tire, he recommended replacing all 4 due to dry rot. That was definitely not in our budget when we first came in. I asked if we could do the higher quality tires for 2 of them, and then do the cheapest on the other 2 to fit in our budget. He gave us all 4 of the higher priced tires, but discounted 2 of them to the cheaper price. Because, to paraphrase, “we’d rather you be safe and have all of them match than cut corners for price.”
Every visit I’ve made has been an unexpected visit, and the fact that they take walk-ins and still do same-day service is amazing. In addition to free rotation and alignment check with every visit, more reasons why I would recommend discount tire.
I now live over half an hour away from this specific store, but I will gladly make that extra drive to come to this one. When I came in today to replace a popped tire, I was so glad to see George at the counter when I walked in.

“Visited this store to check tire pressure since one was very low. I check tire pressure at home every 3 to 4 weeks. Since I am traveling out of town for surgery the next day, I was not going to travel with a tire that low. They were very busy, being a Monday, but worked me in, and found a nail. Tire was fixable, with no need to replace. I was out in an hour and at a very reasonable price to fix. I have been coming to this store since moving to Cincinnati. They have never failed to impress me. They are courtesy, professional and do a great job servicing cars.”
