Nathan, the write up man, looked up my previous sales and quickly evaluated my situation, and I felt he was truthful, and honest to me about what he had found. Because I had used the service in another state a number of times he offered me a family and friends discount and I was out of there in 45 minutes with a set of four new tires that were balanced and perfect. The technicians were extremely nice friendly thorough and did a very good job. I would definitely recommend the service write up man in this location if you're looking for friendly and helpful help with your tire needs”

“The team at big Poppa‘s did a great job on my 1988 Lincoln. It came with a pioneer deck and some pretty decent speakers, but had no power and I thought it was short of what it could be.. they said before replacing any speakers let’s install a new amp and see how it sounds. It sounded awesome and they also removed a huge tangle of bad radio wiring and put all new wiring in. I could not be happier take your car here they will treat you well and in an honest way.”

“Dropped off a wheel with some curb damage, I was worried initially about matching the finish and color of the factory finish, but I honestly couldn’t tell the finished product apart from one of my other three wheels, I dropped it off at 9am, and was called around 1:30 saying it was already done. “I’m a new first time mom and I came in with a severely flat fire that couldn’t be savaged. I came in expecting to just need that one fixed, to find out I needed a second one replaced as well and the others needing changed soon after. Recently coming off maternity leave, I only had about $200 to spare and after looking at how unsafe those tires were for a new mom and an infant; Angela at the front desk and Josh the store manager made me getting all four tires possible so me and my son can drive around safely. I’ve never experienced such good customer service and it seriously made me want to cry. There are good people in this world still, and turns out they exist at my local tire place. “Tried to find a reputable and honest offroad shop to build the jeep of my dreams. Other shops would promise to deliver on the build I was looking for. However only one would follow through and deliver. I can honestly say from the owner to the techs their level of commitment was astonishing how they handled building my jeep. After the build was completed I then took part in one of their Moab utah trips.
