“We had a great experience and customer service! The process of getting our vehicle and completing all the paperwork was smooth, very efficient and everything was explained clearly. We are definitely customers for life!”
“One of the best Mechanics!! He's honest and fair, and if its not an area he works, he recommends who he can! He doesn't talk you into anything that's not necessary and doesn't charge outrageous prices. I would recommend to anyone!! I buy beaters because I don't like debt and I would rather pay him than a bank. I take all my cars to him, and with my job they break faster than others. I am thankful my friend recommended him!”
“Our 6.7 power strokes transmission failed basically right past their shop. The wrecker driver recommended we take it there, so being we were from Michigan on the way to North Carolina. That's a story for another day, but they had to totally rebuild the transmission. It had a drive drum failure which destroyed a lot of parts. The great majority of time was finding replacements parts. They got it done and it works great. Price was very fair. Everyone in the circleville said you can't do better within a 100 miles. Well that's true. Thanks guys.”
“I recently moved to Circleville in the last year. Like to support small business if possible. Read their reviews and thought would try them. I'm so glad I did. They are so nice and helpful. They don't try to sell you things not needed. Their prices are unbearable. The services they have done for me, patched a tire, installed brakes, installed new tires. I gave paid three times more for the same services at other chain garages. I highly recommend them. You won't be disappointed. They have great customer service, and are very friendly. They go above and beyond. I will always use them.”
“My car was brand new when it went in for the repair and came back looking like the day I drove it off the dealer lot. I couldn’t be happier with the work they did.”
“Blankenship’s is the best place to go to in Circleville. Always gives estimates and tries to make all repairs as “painless” as possible. Most of all, they are trustworthy people. Jessica is the best and will always answer your questions!”
“My family has been taking our cars to Mr. Spires for several years. He is fair and honest when it comes to giving quotes and completing repairs. He is a knowledgeable mechanic and I trust him completely. I highly recommend.”
“I needed the breaks on my wife SUV changed before she went out of town the next day and they were nice enough to get it done. Let me drop it off after hours and pay over the phone. Great job, great service. I'll definitely go back.”
“I cannot be more happier with these guys who worked on my car. I called them on a Saturday around 5:00 and they said see you Sunday at 10:00Am.. These young men are the real deal what it's supposed to be like. They are my new mechanic. I highly recommend them. They will even come get you in the middle of the night if needed.”
“Rice Auto Repair is great! Rice auto repair dies a wonderful job with our repairs and I trust them completely with my vehicle. They also did a detailing on my van, which really needed a lot of work, it looks brand new now!”
“I purchased a car for parts and he was up front and very helpful. He took the time to help off load from his trailer to mine. Good location with a big lot easy to get in and out of safely.”
“I wrote a lengthy review detailing my entire experience but decided to save all the boring mechanical details so nobody misses the important stuff. The owner personally drove to my house to pick my car back up when we discovered the issue was something different than we'd thought (it was giving multiple non-sensical codes and strange symptoms). He personally pulled my vehicle apart to get to the actual issue and when he hadn't gotten to the bottom yet, he was honest that he wasn't sure but wasn't going to give up. Long story short, he didn't give up and he got my car back in better condition than it was when I bought it. After working on it for multiple days, I anticipated a hefty bill but he shook my hand and handed me a ticket for $107, the cost of the parts. He told me he wanted me in a safe vehicle, apologized that it wasn't the right fix the first time (which was not his fault or anything that could've been anticipated), and said his reputation is important to him and he wants to be trusted by us and others. We've now had 3 of our vehicles worked on there (we've only lived local to circleville for about 2 years now) and I wouldn't go anywhere else. The office is sparkling clean (in a repair shop!), everyone there is family and they make you feel like you're a part of it when you're there. They even recommended the spot we're going to visit this summer for vacation ? You don't find many small businesses like this one anymore and going anywhere else would be doing yourself a disservice. This is the only place any of my vehicles will go again and probably the only time I've ever truly trusted the work that was done. I fully, entirely endorse this business and all the employees who have made it what it is!”
“Great experience! The whole fedex shipping side wasn't that great but as far as Walmart, great. Ethan was extremely helpful over the phone. Will most definitely be ordering again through Circleville Auto center.”
“Mike, the mechanic at Deisel truck repair was awesome and a very trustworthy mechanic. I called in the morning and he said he could look at the truck right away because it was getting ready to go into limp mode.
I thought I had a transmission problem with my truck and took it to the Coughlin Chevrolet because it was still under warranty. They told me it was a fuel system problem and I needed to replace the entire fuel system and it was gonna cost me $15,000. I decided to get a second opinion. By the way, Coughlin dealership in Chillicothe, Ohio told me they checked the air filter and it was fine and in good operating order.
I took it to Deisel truck repair for a second opinion and Mike did a diagnostic. Said he didn’t find anything wrong with the fuel system, but the DTC said it was an airflow problem. Check the air filter and found it was jammed in the box wrong and was totally mutilated. Changed the air filter for 50.00 and the truck ran like it was brand new.
Mike cleared the DTC and I’ve already driven it approximately 50 miles and it drives like a new truck .
Thank you, michael for getting me in quickly and solving this problem in 45 minutes when it took the Coughlin Chevrolet, seven days to totally diagnose the truck wrong.”
