“Prior to going to the Verizon store in Engkewood; I sought help from the IT over the phone. I talked to them fir hours. But they were unable to allow my phone to send text messages. . Chris at the Englewood location fixed the problem in less than 30 minutes”

I don't live in the area but was making a delivery for my job and was pleasantly surprised to come across the store. I decided to stop and go in. I explained to Justin what my phone was doing and he believed that it sounded like my Sim card was going bad. He replaced it at NO CHARGE! This corrected the problem.I would highly recommend Justin if you are in need of help with Spectrum. He was very polite, professional and knowledgeable.”
